Deleting a Chain

1. When you first enter the Chain option a Select An Option window will appear; scroll to the chain you wish to delete and press Enter to select.

2. Command options will appear

• Change – Select Change to make changes to the chain.
• Delete – Select Delete to delete the chain.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit and return to the Select An Option window.

Select Delete.

3. The chain is now deleted.

4. Press Enter to exit the Chain option.

Note: You cannot delete if records are found in history or the chain is assigned to a customer.
